- Shipping & Delivery
- Shipping is only available to addresses within the continental US. Shipping and delivery are at no additional cost. Items will be shipped using UPS Ground service for non perishables or FedEx Next Day service for certain food and plant items. Tracking information will be available whenever possible.

- Protecting your privacy is important to Wee One Bay Gifts and to our employees. We want you to understand what information we collect and how we use. This policy serves as a standard for all My Holiday Gift Shop employees for collection, use, retention, and security of nonpublic personal information.
WHAT INFORMATION WE COLLECTWe collect and use different types of information to service your accounts and to offer you better products and services that best meet your changing needs. "Nonpublic personal information" is information about you and identified with you that we obtain in connection with providing a service to you. This is information which is unobtainable from a public source. For example, nonpublic personal information includes information regarding your credit card numbers, shipping addresses, etc. REST ASSURED, WE DO NOT SELL YOUR NONPUBLIC PERSONAL INFORMATION TO OTHERS.
- Damaged Goods, Returns & Replacements
- If an item arrives damaged from handling, refuse shipment and contact us at your earliest convenience. You may return and or exchange an item if we receive it within 10 days of your invoice date. Your purchase price will be refunded less a 15% restocking fee if the item is returned in good condition, in original boxes (whenever possible) & with all parts & accessories to credit. Delivery costs and freight charges and shipping will not be refunded though some items may include return shipping costs. Food, Plant and Personalized items are not refundable. Refunds are issued once we receive and inspect your returned merchandise. Returned shipments not meeting the above criteria will be refused & returned with no refund.
